Greetings - My name is Jamie Cothern. I am a registered mental health counselor intern with East Orlando Family Counseling. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who may be struggling with social skills, anxiety, depression, phase of life challenges, as well as couples with relationship concerns. I work from a client-centered, strength-based approach to help individuals and couples overcome their personal challenges. For your convenience, services are offered in two locations (Avalon Park and Waterford Lakes) with evening and weekend hours available.
