My clinical training allows me to effectively diagnose & treat a variety of emotional concerns. My clients learn immediate strategies to alter their life course & actualize their potential. I am considered a specialist in the treatment of anxiety and depression across the life span. As well, I possess a specialized skill set in the unique characteristics of the adolescent and teen years. I teach practical skills to help my clients feel better quickly. I apply my training in clinical hypnosis where it is helpful -- especially in the treatment of anxiety issues and in resolving traumatic stress.
