Whether it is personal issues, familial/couple issues, or addiction I am here to help you realize your potential and to navigate life's stressors. I recognize that life is full of both hills and valleys. I am confident that I can help you to navigate the valleys and enjoy the hills. As your therapist I will help you to recognize your strengths and help you to learn to use them, thus equipping yourself to effectively "battle" life stressors or addiction. I will be there to motivate and to offer insight, encouragement, and knowledge every step of the way. I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds. I am especially well suited to work with the LDS population as well as other faiths. I am also trained in treating and overcoming addictions. I am a young, fun, and upbeat therapist.
