I work with individuals from diverse cultural and faith backgrounds. I honor all cultural backgrounds. Whether you are seeking family therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or support for your anxiety or depression, I collaborate with you to achieve your treatment goals. I believe all people, regardless of age, have an innate capacity to grow, heal, and change if they are provided a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. I help people gain awareness of how and why they have lost access to meaningful parts of themselves, find ways to remove obstacles to emotional growth, and move towards feeling more connected and alive. My specialties include: trauma, maternal mental health, family transitions, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. I use an integrative framework, including evidence-based strategies, to provide a holistic, relational, and experiential approach to change. I attend to past and present experiences, thoughts, feelings, and the body. I am easy to talk with, creative, supportive, and a great listener. In addition to my private practice, I provide organizational consultation on topics related to psychological health, multiculturalism, and child-parent attachment. Evening appointments are currently available, as well as, limited sliding scale slots.
