As a Marriage and Family Therapist I enjoy helping couples, families and adolescents navigate through their problems in their relationships. I also specialize in working with people who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety and anger management. Healing includes the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual parts of the self. As a result, my holistic approach is specialized to each individual. My theories of preference include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Bowenian Therapy, Solution Focused and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
