You are most likely here because you want something in your life to change. I would be honored to support you in that process. I believe at times we all grapple with who we want to be versus who we are right now. Within that gap we find ourselves struggling with depression, shame, anxiety, and so many other problems that we are all too familiar with. I try to create a counseling relationship that is free from judgment, offers unconditional warmth, and provides hope for change.
