With a background in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict and chronic mental health concerns, I provide a comforting, client based model of treatment. I find that when a client is ready to feel better about themselves or their life, I can help guide them through the difficult times that we all encounter. I am passionate about the work I do with clients and want the best for everyone and their future. I am pleased to work with children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive training working with children and their families. I enjoy using play therapy in my practice. When working with adults, I tend to be more client directed, but always willing to offer insight or recommendations to ensure clients can succeed and manage the presenting situation. I have a wealth of experience in community mental health/non-profit, as well as educational settings (elementary/secondary education). I am also an approved clinical supervisor for counselors.
