I have been working with adults, couples, adolescents, and children for the last 15 years. I customize treatment to your individual needs by utilizing a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused techniques. and insight-oriented therapies. I have seen the tremendous power of shifting beliefs and changing behavior to help my clients meet their goals and achieve more success in life and social interactions. Other areas of special interest include: marital/couples counseling, grief/loss, trauma/anxiety management, depression, OCD, and ADHD. I received specialized training in Structural Family Therapy at Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic (founded by Dr. Salvador Minuchin, who pioneered the technique).
