We all need a little help, encouragement, and direction sometimes. Liz enjoys working with adults, children, teens, and families who need just that. Liz's work as a therapist has included working with children struggling with anxiety, fears, anger, depression, sibling rivalry, acting out behaviors, and coping with parental divorce. With teens and adults working through depression, anger, anxiety, body image and self esteem issues, relationship difficulties, sexual abuse, trauma and grief. She also works with parents, facing child behavioral issues/acting out behaviors and other parenting concerns, as well as families going through divorce, separation and blending families.
