I like to work with individuals and couples to help them develop more curiosity about their challenges so that they gain insight into what keeps them from living more abundantly. When indicated, I also explore the roots of personal problems so that people can achieve deeper understanding about themselves and the core issues that get in the way from living more freely and getting the most from their relationships. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has undergone and continues advanced post-graduate training with extensive supervision. I am constantly learning from my elders and my clients, believing that psychotherapy is a collaborative and mutual process. I am interested in helping people develop capabilities that enable them to claim responsibility for lives, recognizing the power of their choices. By gaining awareness and acceptance of the wishes, needs, strengths and limitations of oneself and others- my clients become freer to explore their minds to the fullest and get more satisfaction from life.
