I believe my clients already have all the answers, wisdom, and capacity within themselves. My task and my joy is to help you access these resources. I choose to assume my clients are committed to improving their lives and to suffering less. I am committed to providing a standard of care that is ethical, experienced, and qualified. You may not have caused all of your problems, but they still must be solved, and I am able to help you with that. The tools I use come from a Master's in Counseling, extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a consultation team of experienced therapists, and years of practice. I have expertise in substance use disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I utilize both individual treatment and groups.
