I am a seasoned, intuitive and compassionate psychotherapist with a spiritual focus on life. I help people to identify the primary issues that they want to focus on in therapy early in the treatment. I have helped many clients with anxiety, depression, divorce, women's issues, men's issues, parenting of disabled young adults, adult ADHD, adult autism and medical illnesses including cancer, immune disorders, cardiac and diabetes. My hours are on Tuesdays, Weds and Thursdays from 8 am until 7pm. I help clients to achieve more satisfaction in their lives through spiritual growth, mindful living, creative problem solving and defining a purposeful life. I can help you to break the destructive patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals. Visualization and guided imagery can be incorporated in treatment when appropriate. I am Gestalt trained, spiritually inclined, open minded, progressive, nonjudgmental, supportive and empowering. I will support you to achieve your goals and to create a more fulfilling life.
