Since 1997 I have been providing care to clients struggling with varying degrees of mental health and life issues. I work with a diverse population and provide individual, couples and family therapy in an outpatient setting. My therapy approach is client-centered and requires each client to be actively involved in creating their own life changes within the context of their family system and/or their identified social network. My areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, divorce, family conflicts, marriage counseling, pre-marital counseling and other life struggles. As a Qualified Supervisor with the FL Board of Social Work, Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, I provide supervision for MHC and MT interns seeking licensure. In addition, my private practice is located in a shared office space with other mental health professionals which makes it an ideal setting for making referrals to professionals with varying degrees of training and specialties.
