I am fascinated by the dynamics of relationships. My training as a Marriage and Family Therapist helps me to look at the process of relationship to improve its dynamic. Focusing on dynamics helps to address feelings of guilt, shame, anger, resentment in a way that eliminates the presence of blame and fault in therapy. I am well trained to help you manage anxiety, mood issues, and many other individual concerns that contribute to your current relational stress. Marriage and Family Therapists are trained to utilize systems thinking to address relational concerns. This means that I attempt to seek solutions within the context of your relationship whether that be with your spouse, friends, family of origin, or children; identifying problem areas to work on. My practice is owned and operated by myself and my wife. We are both trained marriage and family therapists and can treat many individual and relational concerns you might have. We also have the unique opportunity to utilize co-therapy when appropriate
