I know it can be very difficult to make that first call for counseling and to talk to a stranger about your life. I am experienced at helping people feel comfortable with the process of therapy. I help them to find ways to solve their problems and work through the issues which have made them seek support. I am interactive and engage my clients in conversations, with openness and compassion to help them reach their goals in counseling. During our first session, we would discuss why you are seeking counseling, and explore what you hope to achieve at the end of counseling.
