I enjoy working with individuals who have a limited awareness about the conflicts within them that interfere with their ability to be happy. I have been successful in helping those who struggle in their interpersonal relationships whether it be: work, marriage, partnerships, or friendships. I work well with adults who are motivated to learn the unconscious reasons for their current struggles. I am aware that the earliest relationships which we were exposed too, influenced the ways we relate to one another. When we learn healthier ways of being with one another, we will feel more satisfied in our relationships. My approach is both insight oriented as well as psychodynamic. I enjoy helping clients develop an understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms that they struggle with. The ultimate goal of every client is to feel confident and have the personal tools that allow them to achieve satisfactory relationships. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. As our lives go through many changes, our perceptions also change. Throughout those changes, it is helpful to review ourselves and our relationships. Our physical, emotional, social and spiritual selves are always evolving which challenge our views and can create considerable internal conflicts.
