My goal is to tailor our work to your specific needs and comfort levels, since your life and struggles are unique. It can be difficult to find a good fit with a therapist. But this is most important, since our therapeutic relationship is key to creating the best environment in which you can explore issues and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I enjoy a more relaxed style, and facilitate a warm and safe environment for you to express yourself. I see adults 18 and up, as well as children up to 12 years old. My main focuses are related to anxiety (social, general, separation, panic), relationships (family, romantic, work), self-esteem, family/parenting, life transitions, and grief. I practice with an eclectic approach, including psychodynamic, developmental, and CBT, or whatever best meets your needs.
