We can learn to cope with and rise above the inevitable difficulties of the human experience through the collaborative therapeutic process. My role is to investigate options with clients to help them create an optimal state of being. All are deserving of happiness and peace, and therapy can help pave the path that gets us there. Adults of any ethnicity, race, or sexual orientation who have experienced addiction, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationships issues, other mental illnesses or are overwhelmed with stress and life situations are welcome to join the collaborative process with me.
