I aim to provide a supportive environment in which lasting life changes are made through increased emotional and cognitive flexibility and greater sense of meaning, purpose, and overall well-being. I have experience working with adults of all ages and backgrounds, couples, families, adolescents, and children. I specialize in helping people overcome depression, anxiety disorders (including those caused by past and recent traumas), and in improving personal relationships. I have recently moved to California, but am providing internet-based (via Skype) therapy to Michigan residents. This has proven to be an effective alternative to in-person treatment.
