As a therapist, I hope to aid those struggling to find healthy growth, development and stability. I aim to help my clients identify obtainable pathways that lead to a successful and secure understanding of oneself as well as to relieve personal tensions and stressors through techniques that are effective for that individual. It is essential that I work collaboratively with my clients to meet their unique needs and achieve personal goals. I emphasize the importance of creating an environment of trust and support in order to ensure the ability to reveal and resolve personal struggles. NEW SUPPORT GROUP - I am holding a support group for Children of Separated, Divorced, and Single Parents, ages 5 to 9. Examples of the diagnoses I work with include anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I am available Monday through Friday by appointment at two different locations including Brownstown and Ferndale.
