People often wonder what is causing their (or their children's) problems at school, work, and relationships. As a fully licensed psychologist, I specialize in providing psychological assessment services for clients 6 to 55 years old and individual therapy for those who are 17+ years old. I take a collaborative approach to assessment and work with parents, teachers, clients, therapists, and others to provide an in-depth evaluation of functioning and ability. In addition to providing a written report, I meet with parents/guardians and/or clients following the completion of the assessment to personally explain all results and recommendations. I provide assessment services for children who need an IQ test to gain entrance into a school, teens who are involved in the legal system, college students struggling with classes, caregivers who are petitioning for guardianship of an adult with mental disability, and for adults considering filing a disability claim. I also work with teens, young adults, and adults in individual therapy to develop coping skills and work on goals related to a range of concerns including: anger management , anxiety, depression, sexual identity, gender identity, and stressful life transitions like break-ups/divorce or starting college.
