Then we will figure out what your needs are and how best to meet them. We will take a practical approach that will make sense to you. The goal is to help you find what you want. I like to place an emphasis on helping a person identify all available resources, both internal and external, and then access the ones that will most help achieve his/her goals. This search for resources can be an important learning experience that can also be therapeutic in and of itself.
