I am a licensed therapist who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with experience in helping both adults and children work through symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Suicidal Ideation, Anxiety, Oppositional Defiance, ADHD, behavioral management, and relationship concerns. After working with at-risk children, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals with developmental disabilities, I strive to provide a therapeutic environment that is filled with feelings of safety. Within this environment, we will work together to understand emotions, reflect on areas of distress, and uncover strategies that will work toward overall contentment and stability.
