With a wide variety of therapeutic experience, I have been successfully helping people solve their problems and accomplish their goals and as a result improve the quality of their lives. My specialties include child, adolescent, and adult issues, stress, anxiety and panic, depression, low self-esteem, grief, also parenting and relationship issues. My treatment approach is eclectic based on cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, supportive, short-term, family, and play therapies. I provide psycho-education to help people understand their issues better. My office is located in a new medical office building easily accessible by main highways.
