For the past 20 years I have had the privilege of helping individuals achieve their goals and overcome a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, eating disorders and relational struggles. Originally trained in the psychodynamic tradition, I utilize a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TEAM ( a highly effective therapy developed by David Burns - Stanford University - author of Feeling Good), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and EMDR. My approach is empathic, active, collaborative and results oriented.
