Hello, I am a certified, licensed Counselor in the State of Michigan. My specialty is Addiction Counseling however I assist my clients for all mental wellness including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life coaching, spirituality and Mindfulness. I'm formerly the Director of Brighton Center for Recovery(Brighton Hospital) and have been in private practice for over one year. Mental Wellness is so important to our outlook on life. During our lifetime we come up against life issues which can be overwhelming. Like yearly physicals we have from a physician checking in on our mental well-being is just as important. Be well! My specialty in Addictions is born out of personal recovery of over 26 yrs of continuos sobriety from Alcohol and other drugs. Today I believe my life experiences in business, recovery and over 38 years of marriage have prepared me to serve others in this journey we call life. My approach to Mental Wellness is humanistic. Compassion and care combined with therapeutic knowledge and life experience.
