This is the path to personal fulfillment and resolving whatever challenges are being faced by an individual. Working with children and adults in my practice has given me unique insights into the childhood issues that (while it doesn't have to shape our future) effect our daily decisions and relationships if we are unaware of it's impact on us. My private practice focuses on adults to provide me with balance since I work full-time in an elementary school. interests include relationships, parenting and/or a general dissatisfaction with life. I come from a spiritual basis that drives my thinking and perceptions. I am EMDR trained. As a Certified Life Coach, I assist people in meeting their personal and life goals.
