I provide counseling for individuals, couples and families. My practice offers a confidential environment where you can address the issues affecting your quality of life. Anxiety, depression, confusion about relationships and intimacy, marital strife, divorce, grief, parenting issues, eating disorders, and trauma are common issues around which I can help facilitate change and healing. I practiced in underserved areas of Mississippi while serving on the board of the MAMFT. I taught psychology for Hinds Nursing, and communication for Reformed Theological Seminary. I have extensive training in holistic therapeutic treatment, and advanced training in Gottman Couples Therapy. I value the unique needs of each individual, couple, and family, and respect each individual. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help accomplish your goals and to be a supportive resource through this time in your life.
