I have 20+ years working with adolescents, individuals, and couples on a variety of issues. I have experience working with Addictions, Depression, Anxiety and with Chronic Pain. My approach is strengths-based, non-judgemental, and practical. I have been trained in Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Systems, Substance Abuse and Psychodynamic Treatment. Fundamentally, I believe it is most important to listen deeply to people and help them define both their own issues as well as their own solutions. I am gentle, yet also honest and direct in my approach with people. I create a safe and warm environment for my clients to feel comfortable sharing openly about their lives and making meaningful and important changes. My office is easily accessible.
