I am passionate about helping teens, couples, and individual adults find hope, healing, and life transformation. I use an empathetic, collaborative approach to therapy that is focused on you and your unique situation. I am specially trained at integrating counseling services with Christianity, but am also able to provide secular counseling if desired. I adjust my approach to each individual, but benefits for all clients include: increasing awareness and knowledge of oneself, learning skills that go beyond therapy, and improving relationships with others and with God. I received a master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2013 from Moody Theological Seminary-Michigan. I am licensed as a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP). I am available to help you with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, forgiveness, spiritual confusion/doubt, and life adjustments. My goal is to help hurting people overcome the barriers they experience so they are able to thrive in their daily lives and walks with God.
