I enjoy helping all people with a variety of life circumstances. I particularly enjoy working with young adults. I desire to help you understand yourself and make desired changes in your life. We may explore your past, your current relationships, your decision-making techniques, or other concerns. Together we will determine your goals for therapy and take steps to reach those goals. I assist clients with anxiety,depression, eating disorders, self-harm behaviors, codependency, boundary issues, career planning, and relationship issues.
