If you're seeking help with stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, or life transitions, I'd like to help. I have over 30 years experience and believe that healing occurs in an environment which is compassionate and nonjudgmental, where individual differences and strengths can be celebrated. I'm an active participant in therapy, and my approach is warm and down to earth, and not infrequently, infused with humor. I draw on on an eclectic array of modalities, including humanistic, gestalt, cognitive, and behavioral, according to the individual situation.
