Holding onto hope in the midst of life's challenges, transitions, and relationship struggles is never easy. One of the hallmarks of my approach is to help engender a sense of hope no matter what is happening in your life. I'm very relational and interested in hearing your story, helping you become curious and conscious about your inner life, exploring changes, and empowering you to courageously move forward. The past doesn't need to dictate the future. Possibilities exist and therein lies the hope! As a pastoral psychotherapist, I honor all of who you are--your spirit, the meaning you bring to living, as well as your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I'm not focused on "what's wrong with you" but on helping you gain insights into developing a stronger sense of self. It has been an honor for 25 years to work with all kinds of people with a breadth of issues and situations. They've entrusted me with the dark, troubling places as well as their hopes and dreams, often speaking the unspeakable. I treat each person uniquely and respectfully.
