Therapy highlights what is and isn't working well in one's life, and why. For fifteen years, I have guided clients to uncover their truths. Feelings around intimacy, loss, and shame, which manifest in depression and anxiety are often central themes. Couples counseling, addiction, divorce, co-parenting, physical illness, sexual identity and sexual dysfunction issues are some of my specialties. If you feel overwhelmed or confused by the changes you want to make, together we will find clarity and a way, so you feel you are living a more fulfilling and authentic life. I provide a compassionate, honest, and encouraging environment in which you are heard and understood, leading to powerful transformation in your relationships. My therapy style draws from training in psychoanalysis and dream work. I have also had extensive training in yoga from the Kripalu Center and have been a certified instructor for 15 years.
