I approach each client with compassion, an open mind and without judgement in working toward achieving peace, balance and a more fulfilling life. My ability to connect and form a therapeutic relationship and my use of multiple theoretical techniques leads to the achievement of the therapeutic goals. Collaboration with school, family, and medical providers allows me to view each client in a holistic way and provide support in all areas the client may be struggling. I focus my practice on supporting clients through the challenges they face through each stage of growth from Adolescence through Aging Adult, and provide support during life's most difficult times and transitions. I provide both counseling services and Employee Assistance Program Services.
