I specialize in woman issues and have a strong interest in working with men and depression. My focus is to empower woman and men to make meaningful changes in their lives through setting achieveable goals while maintaining good emotional/mental health and balance. I have years of experience working with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, body-image and rebuilding self. I offer inividual sessions as well as group sessions. I also specialize in Funtional Family Therapy to help bring resolution to family conflict. I can provide a warm environment for healing and rebuilding. Life is full of unexpected challenges. You are not alone and together we can set a new path for you. This is a short term, goal oriented guidance. Therapy, while important, can take years. My service will help you in 8-10 sessions. If you haven't achieved your established goal during that in that time frame or less, a re-assessment will be conducted to determine what the best course of action might be.
