I am here to join you in your journey of self-exploration. The foundation of my work is built on compassion, authenticity, and non-judgment. I use an integrative approach with a focus on mindfulness-based strategies, conscious decision-making, and exploring how past impacts emotional/physical well-being. I am currently in the process of credentialing with Aetna, BCBS (Community and Health Options), and United Healthcare Community Plan. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in DE for six years. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing distress. As a generalist practitioner, I work with individuals and families seeking therapy for a vast array of mental health issues and concerns including mood, behavioral, and interpersonal conflict. I have a specialization in treating Eating Disorders. We will work together to explore and understand the nature of your symptoms in a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe environment. I will assist you to find a balanced relationship with food while exploring underlying emotional and interpersonal conflicts.
