I have had extensive experience working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life, facing a wide range of challenges including: mood disorders, self-esteem issues, co-dependency, ACOA, parenting, anxiety, life transitions, life after incarceration, anger management, assertiveness training & self-harm. In addition to my education and training in psychology, l am also a Certified Professional Coach. As a life coach, I partner with my clients to develop and implement a course of action that will enable them to reach specific life and career goals.
