Sometimes life can present us with challenges and there are times when we need extra support to assist us through those challenges. Therapy is one way to receive that extra support. I have over 14 years experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I am Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).
