I am a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background of experience in mental health and addictions. The treatment environment that I create is open and focused on the individual's unique strengths. I believe that mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs must be addressed in the therapy setting. I've worked in various treatment settings and gained extensive experience working with individuals that struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and traumatic experiences. I provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families. Treatment focus will be based on the individual's personal needs and goals. Therapy approaches may focus on exploring communication and relationship patterns, as well as negative thought processes. My experience includes providing group therapy targeting issues related to substance abuse, as well as the challenges of today's youth.
