I am a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience and work with a wide range of clients. My approach to psychotherapy is goal-oriented and it is honest, direct and respectful, offering clients non-judgmental guidance in a safe environment. Within these parameters my approach to therapy is adjusted based on the needs of an individual client. I believe that a deep desire for change, for relief, is the driving force behind one's decision to seek therapy. Change is vital to addressing and overcoming obstacles that prevent one from enjoying their lives and relationships fully. My role is to help clients identify their goals and implement strategies to achieve these goals. Personal growth and change occur incrementally and require a dedicated effort on the part of the client. I welcome clients who are committed to the process of psychotherapy and are willing to work honestly and openly to achieve their therapeutic goals.
