Gathering information and choosing a therapist is an important process. Here is a little about me and my work, to help you consider if we may work well together. I provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy; I work with clients across the life-span, treating a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and eating disorders. My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe that a strong working relationship between therapist and client is essential. In all of my work I emphasize strength, personal empowerment, creativity, and coping. One speciality that sets me apart from many other therapists is my career counseling and career development specialty, helping people choose and change careers. While I work with many employed adults and career-changers, I am also especially skilled at helping students and recent graduates who are stuck or underachieving.
