Vivian Greene wrote that "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain." My hope is that my clients can learn to dance in the rain. My goal is to help them to learn how. Each and every client has a special goal and I am willing to incorporate a variety of techniques to get them to that goal. As a therapist, I continually go to trainings and workshops to improve my practice. I am able to incorporate all of the strategies to create a path for each client. I work with clients ages 11-81. I specialize in working with eating disorders, addictions, anxiety and depression. I use system theory for group/family sessions. The goal is for the group to gain insight into each member's role as it relates to the healthy functionality of the whole. The client identifies their needs and goals and I design and plan and program to help each individual/family meet those needs and goals. Every client is unique and therefore their program is designed to fit their goals. I incorporate a variety of techniques and strategies that are most beneficial.
