I believe that change happens within the context of relationships; that building a trusting, respectful, and mutually engaging partnership is the best way to create change in therapy. Deciding to begin therapy is a big step that often takes courage and a commitment to step out of one's comfort zone. It is my goal to provide a space that honors you as an individual while challenging you to look within to become the best version of yourself, however you define that to be. My therapeutic focus is relationship-based; working with children, adults, and families. It is my goal to assist you to address issues such as anxiety, depression, grief & loss, life transitions, parent/child attachment, behavioral issues, pregnancy and parenting concerns, and relationship difficulties. My specialty includes early childhood educational related issues. I have experience providing therapeutic services in educational, clinic, and home-based settings. In addition to therapy, I have experience coordinating and advocating for educational, medical, and community needs. By using an individualized, person-centered approach, I will follow your lead as we journey toward lasting change together.
