I work with all ages and have a special passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. The transition from childhood to an adult can be challenging for both the individual and parents. I involve family members and other social supports in the therapeutic process for a comprehensive approach to your therapy sessions. My goal is to help you gain the insight and self confidence to find inner peace and strength, while also finding strategies to manage life stressors and overcome barriers. I am a graduate from the University of Michigan and have several years experience providing counseling in outpatient, hospitals and homes. I am a fully licensed clinical social worker, with extensive knowledge of family systems, parenting strategies, childhood trauma, and clinical diagnosis, including: depression, anxiety, addictions, mood and eating disorders.
