I am passionate about assisting people in overcoming the obstacles they face in life, whether it's the feeling of being "stuck", or dealing with serious psychological distress. I aim to create a comfortable therapeutic environment where positive change can begin by utilizing an eclectic approach rooted in client-centered principles. Every individual deserves, and is capable of, a life free from psychological distress, and through a collaborative therapeutic process it can be achieved. As a therapist, I do not believe that telling you what to do or think will solve your problems. Rather, I see my role as helping my clients find that preexisting ability to do so on their own. Change, while sometimes difficult, is entirely possible. I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents coping with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and self-harm.
