I believe the most important part of therapeutic work is the relationship between client and therapist. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their unique experiences and collaborate on mutually agreed upon goals and solutions. I approach therapeutic work from feminist and humanistic perspectives and integrate specific interventions from a variety of modalities. This approach helps me empower clients towards change while acknowledging how multiple oppressions and identities impact presenting concerns. I am particularly passionate about working with LGBQIA and Trans identified clients, polyamorous/ethical non-monogamous relationships, and am a kink-aware provider. I hold a certificate from U of M's Sexual Health Certificate program and enjoy helping individuals and their partners work through sexual health and intimacy concerns.
