I'm a psychodynamically trained psychotherapist who is committed to a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive and trusting. It's essential to talk to a professional who you like, who you feel is genuinely on your side and who genuinely wants to hear what you have to say. In our sessions, I listen very closely and my interventions vary, depending on your needs, struggles and strengths. Together we work to understand the multi-layered nature of the problem(s) and to find ways to improve your relationships, work and life, and alleviate stress. I treat adults and children suffering from a wide range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, interpersonal problems, personality issues. Interests include trauma and bereavement and loss. My work with children, often focuses on improving their relationships within the family, including separation anxiety, behavioral issues, and depression. I welcome your call or email today.
