I work with adults, adolescents and couples, all diagnoses, to help you express and understand yourself in a deeper way than ever before. With this understanding comes self-knowledge, self-acceptance, self-control and self-healing. My experience has been that as insight into your conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings and behavior increases, symptoms and overall life functioning tend to improve, sometimes dramatically. These gains are attained by working in a state of caring and curiosity with patients as interesting, unique people who can heal with the proper help. While basically an insight-oriented psychodynamic practicioner, I am an eclectic integrationist when it comes to theory and tailor my empathic approach to the individuality of each everyone I treat. I also have a flexible pay and time frequency scale suited to the needs of the client.
