My general philosophy is that peace and happiness come from balance. We all go through times when our lives are out of balance, growth is stagnated, or our resources for coping with challenges are overburdened; or the imbalance may come from a chronic condition. By providing an environment of mutual trust, openness, and honesty, clients feel safe to be actively engaged in the planning and process of establishing balance in their lives.
